We have managed to get an earlier slot on a Monday and will be starting our programme at 6.30 from next Monday the Thirtieth. I’ll be taking this class with Carl doing his class afterwards as usual and either Gordon or Winston doing the Thai boxing at 8.30. We’ll keep this arrangement up until Christmas then will re-do the timetable after that and maybe bring back the knife defence on a Monday at 7.30 with a really hard class beforehand at 6.30 and then the Thai as usual. The new class starting next week will focus on basics conditioning and grading techniques as will my first class on Thursdays. There is no early class on Tuesday at the moment as the centre had wrongly notified us about free space. However we’re waiting for an opportunity to arise. I hope you’re all enjoying the training. Personal feedback to me is that it’s going really well and people feel the classes are more focused, harder and with more personal attention. Our aim is to turn you into great martial artists, let us know how we’re doing.
Guru Bob,
Will the daytime classes start again? I would really like to go to them if they ever do.
All the best,
Diarmaid
Diarmaid. I’ve got no plans at the moment though if there was lots of interest I might reinstate them. Generally not enough support to guarantee a class every week and make it worthwhile. I hope to see you in the evenings and maybe we can set something up from there. Bob
