My new book ‘SPARRING-STRATEGY TACTICS TECHNIQUE is out NOW! It’s had great reviews from lots of instructors who all seem to have read it at one sitting. I hope it goes some of the way to helping you improve your sparring. PHONE THE ACADEMY TO GET YOUR COPY. We’ll also be putting an online shop on this site within the next week for you to order that way.
Dear Guro Bob,
Congratulations on your new book. I’m looking forward to having access to your training again, since I emigrated to Canada. Makes getting to Hoxton difficult.
I spent 18 months (’06-’07) at your academy from the beginners class up – I never graded but I like to think I improved a little! – and I enjoyed every grueling second. Wayne was excellent and made the introduction to martial arts (almost) painless, and the lessons I had with Dave, Owen, Steve and yourself were good for more than just my health. I really enjoy training in martial arts and I owe that to you and the instructors, and the other students.
Great gym, great new website – the best of luck to you.
Osu!

Many thanks for the comments. I’m looking forward to the book to. I’ve just sent off the last copy and it should go to the printers this weekend. At last. Then in two or three weeks it shoud be out. Looks good I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. Many thanks for the feedback on the club. We’re trying to constantly renew ourselves and be ahead of the curve. Pop in any time you’re near, all welcome.
See you soon.
