New look website looks terrific and articles as always, very inspirational.

I'm very much enjoying the closer integration of the classes and disciplines as it helps break down the mental barriers that we probably all erect when first learning stick, knife, trapping, empty hands etc so that we only use trapping in trapping class, knife skills in knife class and so on instead of seeing how the techniques in one discipline can be applied elsewhere.

Last weeks 20 minutes of tag sparring was physically challenging but hugely enjoyable, a great way to train.
