As we’ve had to cancel the seminar with Guru Dan we will be holding a small seminar at the Academy with the instructors being Rick Young and Terry Barnett. Rick is World Brazilian Jiu jitsu champion and a full instructor under Dan Inosanto as is Terry. Both are superb.  Cost for the one day is £35 members, and £40 for non-members. There is a Total grappling class before from 11-1.00 and if you come for the seminar this is included. Seminar starts from 2.00 until 5.00. phone the club to book your place.

Due to Visa and entry uncertainties and tighter border regulations we have reluctantly cancelled the seminar planned for the 4th and 5th of July. We will look into doing it later in the year once we’ve solved the problem. For those who have booked travel we will try to organize a replacement seminar with some of the Full Instructors and this will cover Inosanto based material. I’ll let you have an update on this in a couple of days. Once again our apologies but it would have been unfair on Guru if he had been turned around at the airport and sent back.
